Whether it is creating new parts or repairing existing parts I have you covered.

Repairs:

Often times broken fiberglass or carbon fiber parts are repairable and if painted or vinyl wrapped you wouldn’t even know they were broken in the first place! The repaired part will have similar strength and stiffness to when it was new as well so it will be like nothing ever happened.

Parts can also have areas rebuilt. An example of this would be a splitter on a car that has been worn down through repeated contact with the ground. The missing area can be rebuilt to restore the original dimensions and functionality.

New Composite Parts:

I can also design and create new fiberglass or carbon fiber parts. This is often not a particularly fast or cheap process but there are some options that can help make it more accessible including producing 3D printed molds for low volume parts.
